At Harvest & Hive, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer our 30 Day Guarantee.

How It Works

• You may try your product for up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
• If you are not satisfied after giving the product a fair trial, you may request a return.
• Returns are only eligible after the 30-day trial period has ended and must be requested within 5 days after the trial.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the 30 Day Guarantee:

1. The product must have been used consistently during the 30-day period.
2. The original packaging and any unused portion of the product must be returned.
3. Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).
4. Guarantee is limited to one return per customer/household.

Exclusions

The guarantee does not cover:

• Change of mind before the 30-day trial period ends.
• Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or storage conditions.
• Bulk or wholesale orders.
• Shipping fees (non-refundable).

Refund Process

• Once your return is approved and received, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus shipping costs.
• Processing time for refunds is typically 7–10 business days.

Important Notes

• We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
• Abuse of the 30 Day Guarantee (multiple return attempts, excessive use) may result in refusal of future orders.
